Every part, motor, trailer, and container we sell is backed by a tailored warranty policy that reflects the expected performance and intended use of each product category. This ensures our customers can shop with confidence, knowing their investment is protected.
General Warranty Overview
All warranty periods begin from the date the product is delivered to the customer. Warranties apply only to products purchased directly through Apdurres.com.al. Coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended usage.
To be eligible for warranty service, customers must retain proof of purchase and follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for installation, use, and maintenance. In most cases, professional installation by a certified mechanic or technician is required for engines, transmissions, and other major components.
1. Parts & Motors Warranty
This category includes: rims, tyres, transmissions, outboard motors, car engines, steering wheels, and under parts.
Coverage:
Standard Warranty Period: 6 months from date of delivery.
Coverage Includes:
Manufacturing defects
Material faults
Internal mechanical failure (for engines and transmissions)
Factory-sealed components that fail under normal use
Special Terms:
Tyres and rims are covered against manufacturing defects, but normal wear, road damage (e.g., punctures, blowouts), and misuse (e.g., improper inflation or overloading) are excluded.
Transmissions and car motors must be installed by a certified mechanic. Any failure due to improper installation, lack of oil, overheating, or non-approved modifications will void the warranty.
Outboard motors must be maintained regularly, and service logs may be requested during a claim. Water damage from improper storage or winterization is not covered.
Steering wheels and underbody parts are covered for defects in materials and construction, not cosmetic wear or damage caused by impact or improper use.
2. Trailers Warranty
This category includes: horse trailers, utility trailers, and living quarter trailers.
Coverage:
Structural Warranty: 12 months on the trailer frame, axles, and welded joints.
Component Warranty: 6 months on doors, windows, lights, brakes, internal fittings, living quarters equipment (such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical), and other accessories.
Special Terms:
Warranty covers defects in trailer construction, such as cracked welds or axle failure under normal loading conditions.
Horse trailers must be loaded within the manufacturer’s specified weight limits and maintained for cleanliness and safety.
Utility and living quarter trailers must be used in compliance with local regulations and may not be altered without prior written approval from Apdurres.com.al.
Damage caused by impact, accidents, overloading, or weather events is not covered.
Leaks caused by worn seals or improper storage conditions (e.g., uncovered exposure to harsh elements) are not considered warranty defects unless occurring during normal, covered use.
3. Containers Warranty
This category includes: storage and transport containers (new or refurbished).
Coverage:
Warranty Period: 12 months from date of delivery.
Coverage Includes:
Structural failure (walls, doors, base)
Malfunctioning door latches and hinges
Severe corrosion impacting functionality (not minor surface rust)
Water leakage due to seal failure (under normal usage)
Special Terms:
Containers must not be stacked or modified without explicit manufacturer or seller approval.
Cosmetic imperfections (scratches, dents, paint wear) caused by shipping, loading, or handling are not considered defects unless they impact the container’s ability to perform its intended function.
Shipping containers used as buildings or converted structures may require custom warranties or separate agreements.
What is Not Covered Under Warranty
While we strive to support every customer, the following are excluded from all warranties:
Improper installation, maintenance, or use outside of manufacturer recommendations
Normal wear and tear, rust, fading, or cosmetic issues not affecting function
Accidental damage, abuse, vandalism, or acts of nature (flood, fire, storms, etc.)
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Consumable parts (filters, belts, fluids, batteries, etc.) unless stated otherwise
Issues caused by lack of regular maintenance (e.g., oil changes, tightening, cleaning)
