This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines how we process, pack, ship, and deliver all orders, including small car parts, motors, and large trailers.


1. Shipping Coverage

We ship products from our warehouse in Florida to all states in the United states an Europe included.

🇪🇺 Europe – EU/EEA countries include:

  • Germany

  • Netherlands

  • Italy

  • Spain

  • Sweden

  • Poland

  • Austria

  • Belgium

  • And more…

🇺🇸 United States:

We now ship most items to the U.S., including car parts, motors, and select trailer models (where legal and logistically feasible). Customs and import duties may apply.

2. Product Categories and Shipping Specifics

Parts & Motors

Includes: Rims, Tires, Transmission Parts, Car Motors, Outboard Motors, Steering Wheels

  • Shipped via trusted courier services like DHL, UPS, DPD, FedEx.

  • Dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery time:

    • USA: 7–12 business days (depending on location & customs)

  • Items are securely packed and insured during transit.


Trailers & Large Equipment

Includes: Horse Trailers, Utility Trailers, Containers, Living Quarter Trailers

  • Shipped via freight or specialized carriers

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days (custom models may take longer)

  • Delivery time:

    • USA: 7–12 business days

  • Curbside delivery only unless otherwise specified

  • You must be present to accept oversized deliveries


3. Shipping Costs

We offer a standard  flat shipping rate of 450$ to all regions in the united states


4. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET (Monday–Friday) are typically processed the same day.

  • Weekend/holiday orders are processed next business day.

  • Tracking details will be emailed once dispatched.

 

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link and carrier details. You may track your shipment directly via the courier’s website.


6. Customs & Duties

  • EU orders: No additional customs fees.

  • USA orders:

    • You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery.

    • These are not included in the checkout price.


7. Delivery Issues & Damaged Items

If your package arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incomplete

  • Incorrect

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@Apdurres.com.alm, including:

  • Order number

  • Photos of packaging and contents

  • Brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or pickup as appropriate.


8. Missed Deliveries

  • Couriers will attempt redelivery or leave instructions for pickup/rescheduling.

  • For trailers or freight items, missed delivery may result in re-delivery fees — please ensure someone is available.


9. Bulk Orders & Special Handling

We support:
