Returns and Refund Policy

At Apduress, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with a clear and transparent Returns and Refund Policy.

This policy applies to all items purchased through our website, including products in both the Parts & Motors and Trailers & Motors categories.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must be in resalable condition with no signs of damage or wear.

  • Certain products, such as electrical components and custom trailers, are non-returnable unless faulty.

Returnable Products Include:

  • Rims and Tyres (unused and unmounted)

  • Transmission parts

  • Steering wheels

  • Car motors and outboard motors (not installed or modified)

  • Non-custom trailers (if returned in original condition)

Non-Returnable Products:

  • Customized or special-order trailers (e.g. modified horse trailers or living quarter trailers)

  • Electrical parts and engines once installed

  • Used or damaged parts

  • Items returned after the 14-day window


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at returns@apdurres.com.al with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.

  2. Include the following in your email:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.

  4. Pack the item securely and send it to the provided return address.

Important:
We do not accept returns without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item shipped, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect order, or compatibility issues, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • For large items such as trailers or motors, shipping costs can be significant. We recommend insuring your shipment.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If the return is approved, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Note: We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if:

  • The item has visible signs of use

  • Packaging is missing or damaged

  • Components are missing


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery at support@apduress.com.al.

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund depending on the issue and availability.


7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, the return process must be followed.
