We ship across Europe and cater to both individual customers and commercial businesses.


2. Where are you located? Do you ship internationally?

We are based in the European Union and ship to most countries across EU and EEA regions. For orders outside the EU, contact us at support@apduress.com.al for a custom shipping quote.


3. Do you offer support in multiple languages?

Yes! Our support team can assist you in English, German, and Dutch. For other languages, we use professional translation support to ensure clarity and accuracy.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Parts & Motors: 3–7 business days within the EU.

  • Trailers & Large Items: 7–14 business days, depending on location and freight carrier availability.

Custom trailers or special orders may require additional time.


7. How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and courier details. Use the link provided to monitor delivery in real time.


8. Can I collect my order in person?

Currently, we do not offer local pickup. All orders are processed and shipped via our distribution network for security and efficiency.


RETURNS & WARRANTY

9. What is your return policy?

You can return most unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and resalable condition.

Exceptions:

  • Electrical parts, used motors, and custom trailers are non-returnable unless faulty.

  • Returns must be approved in advance via support@apduress.com.al


10. Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refund times depend on the payment method used.


11. Is there a warranty on your products?

Most products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, typically ranging from 6–24 months. Warranty coverage depends on the product type and brand.
Please retain your invoice for warranty claims.

Yes, we offer custom trailer options, especially for living quarter trailers, horse trailers, and utility trailers.
